Since Techstock.online involves the export of high-value goods and vehicles outside the European Union, the following terms apply:
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For customers within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, this does not apply to vehicles or goods that have been customized to your specifications or goods that have already been exported outside the EU customs territory.
- Exported Goods: Once goods or vehicles have cleared EU customs for export to a non-EU country, they are generally considered non-returnable due to the complexity of re-import taxes and duties.
- Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are sold “as described.” We provide detailed inspection reports and photos prior to sale. Refunds are only processed if the vehicle received has a major mechanical discrepancy not disclosed in the sale contract.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item’s return to our designated facility. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, export/import duties, and administrative fees.
